Across roles in sales, marketing, direct store delivery operations, project management, and change management, he has built a track record of sparking innovation, increasing profitability, and fueling organizational growth.

Steve Scronic
Steve Scronic is an accomplished financial executive with over 30 years of experience leading financial strategy, operations, and compliance across a range of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and diagnostics. Since beginning his career in 1993, he has guided organizations through periods of rapid growth, regulatory change, and operational transformation.
As Chief Financial Officer of KSC Foods, Steve oversees all aspects of the company’s financial health, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, tax and regulatory compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting. He plays a key role in executive decision-making and long-term business planning, providing financial leadership that supports both day-to-day operations and future growth.
Steve is known for his hands-on approach, analytical insight, and ability to align finance with broader business objectives.
Nate Fisk

Nate Fisk
Nate Fisk joined KSC Foods in 2012 as Regional Manager and quickly became a driving force behind the company’s merchandising and sales strategy. His leadership helped expand operations into Texas and launch 10 new distribution routes in Arizona.
He pioneered KSC’s direct-to-warehouse, convenience, and DSD programs, leading innovative category management and planogram strategies tailored for retail partners. Nate also developed 33 Hispanic-focused products, many of which are now top performers in national retail. Before KSC, Nate co-founded startups in private education and fitness.
Eric White
Vice President of Sales and Operations
Eric White
Eric White joined KSC Foods in 2014, and he brings over a decade of experience in retail and consumer goods, leading sales strategy, operations, and team development. As Vice President of Sales and Operations at KSC Foods, he oversees retail growth, vendor collaboration, and inventory optimization.
He played a key role in rolling out the Walmart Direct Program, expanding product reach to 2,500+ stores, and led the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System. Eric has managed large-scale sales teams and initiatives that consistently drive revenue and operational efficiency.
With studies in Communications and Marketing at Glendale Community College and the University of Phoenix, Eric applies practical insight and a hands-on leadership style. He’s committed to continuous improvement and turning challenges into growth opportunities.
Kyle Cristwell

Kyle Cristwell
Since joining KSC Foods in 2015, Kyle Cristwell has risen through the ranks to lead the company’s institutional division, bringing strategic vision and hands-on expertise to the corrections sector. With a strong background in distribution logistics and market expansion, he drives operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across more than 100 institutions in the western U.S.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, equipping him with sharp problem-solving and leadership skills. His collaborative approach and business communication expertise have helped refine KSC Food’s direct-to-doorstep delivery model, ensuring secure, on-time service from a 90,000-square-foot facility and cold storage hub.
Focused on innovation and growth, Kyle continues to elevate KSC Food’s institutional distribution standards with high-quality food solutions and streamlined operations.
Lita Lopez
Director of Human Resources
Lita Lopez
Lita Lopez joined KSC Foods in 2018, initially leading multicultural marketing before moving into human resources. As HR Director, she manages the company’s people strategy, focusing on talent development, inclusion, and employee engagement.
Before joining KSC, Lita spent 28 years at Fry’s/Kroger, where she led key initiatives across multiple divisions. Her leadership roles included Operations Manager for Kroger Little Clinics, Multicultural Category Manager, D&I Manager, and overseeing Fry’s division-wide Training & Development and all employment functions. She was instrumental in advancing Fry’s Hispanic initiatives, strengthening cultural relevance and customer connection throughout the region.
Lita is known for mentoring emerging leaders and shaping strategies that build strong, inclusive teams. Beyond her corporate contributions, she has served on several Kroger boards and three community boards focused on youth development.
